To celebrate the bassist and his skill and achievements, the Fender Custom Shop has released this P-Bass made exactly to Palladino s specifications, including a select alder body, rosewood fretboard with vintage style frets, a custom-wound P-Bass pickup, and 4-ply tortoise shell pickguard. Also to Palladino s liking, the bass is strung with Thomastik-Infeld flatwound strings, for that signature mellow jazzy tone right out of the box.
